Since it took us a good while to find time to get together to podcast, we decided to not have a dedicated topic this week. We instead went through what we’ve been reading over the past month, and in the end, we made a topic out of DC Comics’ various Justice League series alone.

I’m reading Justice League and Justice League Odyssey, and Jen is reading Justice League Dark. Neither of us have one complete idea of what is going on, but we hope that maybe together we can shake some sense into this. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. Once again we’re left wondering A) what is going on with DC’s overall plan and B) why do we keep putting ourselves through this in hopes it will make sense and be good? Ladies and gentlemen, we are your canaries in this DC coal mine.
